Chairman FA Job Kihumba
Job is the Executive Director - Corporate Finance Standard Investment Bank. He joined SIB in 2005 to assist the Executive Chairman to introduce compliance and risk systems within the company. In addition, Job took over the Research and Corporate Finance/Transaction Advisory departments. Job has directly led as Technical Leader the following fourteen transactions for SIB
Job led the strategic initiative of seeking regulatory approvals in 2007 for launching Unit Trusts – the Standard Investment Bank Equity Fund, Balanced Fund and Fixed Income Fund. Job is the SIB representative in the Association of Kenya Stockbrokers and is in the Board.
Job is currently the second Vice Chairman of the NSE. He has previously co-opted into various committees at the NSE when required mainly for his extensive experience and professionalism and results oriented attitude. He was the Founder Chairman of the Centre for Corporate Governance where he continues to serve as Chairman. This institution has been instrumental in delivering good corporate governance principles in Kenya.
Prior to joining SIB, Job was the Executive of the Association of Professional Societies in East Africa. But perhaps most important was his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Nairobi Stock Exchange from 1991 – 1999 where he built a solid foundation of a vital institution in Kenya and a role model for Africa. Job is known to have worked on the original CMA Act and the NSE Regulations and Rules. He was instrumental in the creation of the Association of African Stock Exchanges and the African Capital Markets Forum where he served as member of the Governing Council. He also worked with Ernst & Young and the Kenya Tea Development Authority in senior positions in his earlier years.
Job has visited various stock exchanges around the world during his career. Job has served in many corporate boards both in the public and private sectors.
Vice Chairperson FA Dr Jonah Aiyabei
Having taught finance and strategic management in various universities in Kenya, he currently serves as a council member for Mount Kenya University, and sits on the KASNEB Board as a technical examination committee member. This former
university don and author boasts over 14 years’ experience in designing various oil & gas learning programmes, key among them feasibility studies for establishing oil depots in strategic locations in Kenya, and also the country’s LPG strategy. He is a member and current vice chairman of the Institute of Certified Investment Financial Analysts (ICIFA).
FA Catherine Theuri
Catherine Theuri is a financial professional, a trainer as well as a consultant with a great passion for. She has held various financial positions in both service and manufacturing industry and has over 13 years experience among others; Financial Analysis Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Auditing, Tax. She has been an active member of ICIFA having served as a Treasurer and Chair for the Finance and Strategy Committee for over 2 years.
Currently she is the Financial Accountant at Bamburi Cement Ltd (a member of Lafargeholcim) where she has been since 2007. Catherine has been instrumental in various projects such as the design and implementation of Shared Services Centre, drafting and finalization of the Go-Manual Documentation in case of system downtime, GRNI cleanup exercise, drafting of the Medical Emergency Response Manual for the Bamburi corporate office among other projects. Other Organizations she has worked for are Unga Holdings Ltd as an Accountant in Credit control and Khalid and Company(Certified Public Accountants of Kenya) as an Audit Assistant.
She has been a lecturer of Derivatives Analysis(CIFA) at Star College of management Studies since 2013 to date.
She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya - CPA (K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA).She is currently pursuing Masters of Business Administration in Finance at Kenyatta University and has a Bachelors of Education Degree(Accounting and Economics) from the University of Nairobi.
FA Leah Nyambura Kagumba
Leah Nyambura-Kagumba is a Director in the Corporate Finance team and has a wealth of experience in research and financial advisory, having served in these capacities for the past ten years. As the Head of Research, Mrs Nyambura-Kagumba was instrumental in working with the Equities and Fixed Income teams to develop Dyer & Blair's client portfolio of local and foreign retail and institutional clients. In Corporate Finance, Leah has been actively involved in the execution of several key transactions in which Dyer & Blair has acted as a Transaction Advisor and/or Sponsoring Broker. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA).
Mrs Nyambura-Kagumba has a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Economics & Business Studies) from Kenyatta University and a Master of Science in Finance from Kenyatta University.

Mr Pius M Nduatih is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPAK), a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (CPSK). He is a firm believer in strong professional institutions and has passion for excellence in leadership and governance. He believes that the two are critical ingredients for sustainable growth and development. Mr. Nduatih has vast experience in leadership and management of education and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB), professional examinations body which he has strategically repositioned in Kenya, within the Eastern Africa region and beyond.
Mr. Edwin Njamura-CMA
Edwin Njamura, is Director, Corporate Services with responsibility for Financial, Human Capital & Administration and Information Technology operations of the Authority. Edwin joined the Authority in July 2012. Before Joining the Authority Edwin had a distinguished career in private sector. He worked briefly as Chief Finance Officer at an Aureos Fund Investee, Chief Finance Officer of Deloitte Eastern Africa and Finance Manager of Deloitte Africa Board. He also worked with Lonrho, as Group Chief Accountant (Head of Finance) at Express Kenya Ltd and then Group Financial Controller in Lonrho Motors Uganda.
After graduating in 1988 he horned his skills as a management trainee at Esso Kenya and rose to be a Financial Accountant with top rating. He then joined a change team at Mitchell Cotts Kenya Ltd as group's Management Accountant, with responsibility for revitalizing the group businesses. After resounding success he was tapped to Express Kenya.
Edwin earned his Bachelors of Commerce.(Hons) from the University of Nairobi and is awaiting MBA award by Moi University. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and Kenya Institute of Management. Edwin sits on the PTA Board at Loreto Girls Limuru, Kiamboa Secondary School in Embu and his Nairobi church Elders Board.
FA Geoffrey Otieno Odundo-NSE
Mr. Geoffrey Otieno Odundo is the Chief Executive of the Nairobi Securities Exchange Limited. Mr. Odundo, an accomplished Investment Banker has been in the financial services sector for the last 23 years, 17 of which have been in the Capital Markets in various senior roles in asset management, corporate finance and securities trading.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Odundo was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Securities Limited. He was instrumental in the setting up of Co-op Trust Investment Services, Co-op Consultancy Services Limited and Kingdom Securities Limited. Mr Odundo has advised on a number of corporate finance transactions in both the public and private sectors, in addition to managing key mandates in the asset management industry. He has contributed to the growth of the Capital Markets in his previous role in the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks, the Kenya Bureau of Standards and on the Board of the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
Mr. Odundo holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from United States International University (USIU) and an Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics and Economics from Egerton University.
Administrator FA Anthony Kiratu Kimani
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) and an Associate member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He is currently pursuing Masters of Commerce (Finance and Investment).
